Developed in close cooperation with Crucible Industries and exclusive to Spyderco, CPM SPY27 enhances the proven alloy formula of VG-10 stainless steel with niobium and nitrogen, additional carbon, molybdenum, and vanadium, and the many advantages of Crucible’s state-of-the- art particle metallurgy process. To further highlight this elite blade steel, this knife’s handle is capped with peel-ply-textured G-10 scales in a distinctive cobalt blue-one of the signature colors of the SPY27 family of knives.
